Welcome to La Escuela de Pura Vida, which in English translates to ‘the school of Pure Life’, where our main aim is to ensure that everyone who decides to join us has fun whether it is to learn Spanish, to practice Yoga, Surf, Sailing or to enjoy the Latin dance moves.  In addition to all of this there is also the ability to give something back to the local community through our volunteer scheme opportunity, and if you are learning Spanish this will provide further opportunity to practice the language.  The school is for adults who wish to enjoy a purposeful vacation, and for those who wish to feel as though at the end of your vacation with us you have enjoyed an experience of a lifetime. The school prides itself on providing a dedicated team of professionals to help you to either start your journey or to practice and advance the skills you already have.

The school is based in Manuel Antonio in Costa Rica, set in a tranquil setting in the midst of the purest nature that Costa Rica has to offer. We offer a varied selection of courses to suit your individual needs, you can either take Spanish Lessons, Latin Dance Lessons, Surf Lessons or relax and expand your mind and body with Yoga classes or a mixture of any of the classes to suit you. Whichever you choose you can ensure you will receive a warm welcome both to the school and to Costa Rica.

The school is set within the rain forest and shares the space with the beautiful Costa Rican wildlife, so every day you can see the numerous animals that inhabit the same space and watch them in their natural environment.

Outside of the school there are many additional pursuits to make sure that your stay is action packed and full of adventure, whether this is flying through the Jungle on a Canopy Tours, trekking through the jungle, snorkeling or diving within the Pacific Ocean, or dancing the night away at any of the local night spots. Where ever we can we will help to organize additional trips or adventures outside of the school curriculum, if it is within our ability.
