The school is also proud to offer the ability to volunteer back to the local community during your stay, the main aim of the volunteer programme is to provide basic computer skills to the local community.  This covers providing skills in using basic software, including how to compose emails and create spreadsheets and documents both to school children and adults.  For those of you choosing to studying Spanish at the school this is a perfect opportunity to further practice the vocabulary you have studied and even learn some more during your time volunteering.

Even if you have no Spanish skills this is a great opportunity to interact with the local community and all you need to bring with you is the desire to help and a little patience and above all a smile.  For those of you wishing to volunteer we ask that you bring with you your own computer to use for these sessions.
